Focus Shield (Pro)
- When you slip out of deep work into a distraction app, Focus Shield activates and asks whether you meant to.
- Customize which apps trigger it, set sensitivity thresholds, and choose how aggressive the nudge is. It is a mirror, not a hard blocker.
